David and Matt have helped me out big time at.this place, I was working in the area and my PC decided to give up the ghost. I got it into them and turns out my GPU is what gave in, they had parts ordered and everything done in less than a week and they were awesome in communicating the different options. Even after the PC was out of the shop I had issues with it (the issues were MY fault because I didn't know all of the settings) and they were both super patient and helpful through the whole ordeal. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by David and he was very attentive and knowledgeable about my questions and immediately helped with the problem I was having with my custom built PC. Ended up being a simple fix but his willingness to help with something so simple made me 100% a future customer with anything I will need.

I received excellent service on 2/29/24 as soon as I walked into the door to share my concern. I described the situation and felt that a McAfee process had caused the issue. Matt Flannery reviewed my laptop and shared his concern and eventually deleted McAfee from my computer and my problem was eliminated. Matt also shared and described their ESET solution. My experience was pleasant and informative so they earned my trust and respect.
