Not only did they go out of their way to build me a great computer their tech support is excellent, which is a big plus when you have a Windows based PC. Would highly recommend for both having a machine custom built and for having one fixed/troubleshooting.
Decided to take my unreliable gaming laptop in for a repair and the technicians knew how to repair all of its problems. They were even kind enough to add a few screws in my bezel and fix my cracked screen case for free. The techs are very professional and honest about their work and how they charge, which I respected a lot. I liked how clean and organized the store is as well.
