DNA Computerworks offers excellent service for computer and 3D printer needs. Customers praise the friendly and helpful staff who are knowledgeable about a wide range of issues. The owner is very passionate, honest, and quick, providing clear communication and sound advice. Prices are very reasonable, often lower than surrounding areas, and the staff cares about the quality of work. The shop is a great place for computer repair or purchasing a used computer, with options to suit different budgets and a focus on customer satisfaction. I found DNA Computer works about 4-5 years ago while living in Pooler and they are very professional, friendly and affordable. My computer crashed and I asked them for a recommendation on what to get and asked if they could set up because Best Buy was going to charge me over $200. I purchased the recommended computer and it was the best purchase I could have made. Any malfunctions I have had that were due to my errors, DNA has always been there to help me no questions asked. The best part is I am back living in DE and wont let anyone else touch my computer and DNA has bee more than helpful by offering me virtual sessions to fix my computer. Please if you have any computer issues this is the place to go, they are not in business to oversell and they give you an honest opion and provide professional services. I will never go anywher else for computer repard. Thank you DNA for all you have done for me and when I am in the area I will stop by just to say hello and Thank you again!
