Thankful we had our yearly HVAC maintenance inspection!
This time around burnt wires were found that represented a real fire hazard. The issue was identified and fixed during a routine maintenance inspection that we insist on - because preventative maintenance can be far cheaper than the cost after an event.
In this case the after-event cost could have been catastrophic.
Please have your units check to make sure that everything remains in order - please.

Artic Air Heating and Cooling installed our new heat pump system. Installers were courteous and professional. System is working perfectly one year later, no issues. Rudy was still available and went out of his way to discuss options and help us choose a new HVAC system for my elderly aunt. Thank you, sir.

Five starts all the way. I could leave that right there but yelp likes me to say more. Our AC drain was clogged and over spilling. I have had this issue before and my husband was able to address this issue but my husband was traveling so I had to call someone to fix this. I actually made an appointment with a widely known company but they couldn't get to me for five days! It's in the 90s in Savannah!!! So I made the appt and then continued to look for someone to come out. I called another well known company to make an appointment to discuss the replacement of our unit as a whole because it was time.
