We bought in the Highland Park subdivision it’s only been two months but so far so good. Jimmy the builder has been a pleasure to work with. He’s easy to get in touch with and is quick in getting things fixed. The only issue I’ve had was the stove wasn’t working properly the first week but Jimmy took care of it and had it fixed. I do feel they should have done a better job protecting the flooring as there was a lot of paint overspray on the hardwood floors. The landscaping could have been laid better I have a few spots in my yard where there’s missing SOD / SOD with wires showing. Overall we are pleased with our purchase and we love our new neighborhood.
After waiting 2 12 years for them to get to my lot the house was well built with no issues yet. This location started off very unorganized with little knowledge of what was offered and what direction they were building next in the community and poor communication> However, they did a 180 turnround and handled things very well in 2025 going back to the date of our purchase.
We love our simple but beautiful home in a lovely location with wide lots and wonderful views of tree and hills and not rooftops!
