I’m amending this review due to the Providence group taking steps to open the amenities and improve the resident experience.——We really like our home and LOVE the location. We also like the subdivision and layout, the amenities by the river, the green spaces, etc. All very well done!The walls in our townhouse are a bit thin, so we hear neighbors going up and down stairs pretty clearly.We did have some serious issues when moving in with the subcontractors and getting the house repaired.Specifically, there was a gas leak in the home we identified when we did our final walkthrough.
