This Dentist office told me they were In Network with my Medicare policy. Long story short, they ARE NOT.I should NEVER have trusted what the dentist office told me.** I should have called MEDICARE FIRST to confirm if this dentist IS IN NETWORK WITH MEDICARE.. the truth BEFOREHAND. …,I found Medicare’s phone number on back of my card.

My former dentist sold his practice and retired. After the change the office just wasn't the same. I told several of my neighbors I was looking for a new dentist. They all recommended Lail Family Dentistry. I have been going there over a year now and I am extremely happy with my experience there. Everyone at the practice is warm, friendly and generally seem happy to be there. When a broke two teeth last year. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Dr Lail explained my repair options thoroughly so I could make the right decision for me. If you are new to the Duluth area or just looking for new Dentist, I strongly recommend you give Lail Family Dentistry a call.

Y'all I love my dental practice. This is important. The dentists are great, the hygenists (who really is the person that a patient spends the most time with) are really great, the office/admin/billing are great. There is no weakest link, they really just do it all. So hard to find a trustworthy and caring dentist these days, and I've been here for several years now.
