“When I started with Jeremy, I was a mess. I had been on Ozempic for 2 years but had gotten off and gained all of my weight back within 6 months. I didn't feel good about my body and felt terrible on the inside. I was beyond frustrated and was honestly scared. I started with Jeremy and I was a little anxious about what it would look like to work with him virtually. How would working out through zoom really work? But after 2 months of hard work and a ton of intentionality, my life has completely changed. I feel so much better about myself and I am so happy with the changes. Right now, the scale says that I weigh more than I did when I was at my lowest on Ozempic BUT I look better and feel better than I ever did on that shot. I am stronger, healthier, happier, and more confident than I have ever been. Jeremy really focuses on the whole picture, health inside and out.
