Tim answered our call and showed up the very next day to prepare a quote for replacement of our geothermal equipment. Tim, Stan and the team did a phenomenal job of replacing our entire geothermal open loop lake system with a new closed loop system and two units. They took the time to educate us about all our options--which was critical as we had never had a geothermal system before. They were incredibly responsive, worked through holidays to get our job done and have continued to be responsive with questions and any little issues we've had following installation. I can't recommend them highly enough.
