Spoke with Tech about fungus spots on lawn and the treatment being applied. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained why the specific type of treatment was being applied. He recommended waiting a specific period before moving and additional applying water if forecasted rain fails to come. Professionalism at the highest level!
As a new customer using the tree/shrub treatment, I was unsure of the process. I reached out to my representative who was very helpful and after the first treatment I had more questions for the specialist who came out. He returned to my house and was very patient and clear explaining to me the service. I appreciate all professionals who were involved and look forward to working together. Thank you.
Carl. Was very understanding about what I wanted. We had just put down grass seed a week ago so he suggested pellets in older area and avoided the new seeded area.. he was polite and very kind
