Field tech was friendly and knowledgeable and able to get me a termite letter on a tight deadline. I needed expedited billing as well to meet closing deadline and the phone associates we super helpful. Good experience all around. Love actually working with local people too.
We love Northwest. Our technician, Ty, is the best. We've had a couple over the years (and really, it's just been a few) and Northwest hires and retains the best staff. Hands down. It makes all of the difference!
I appreciate the option to use more ecologically-friendly solutions. I like that receiving service from Northwest Exterminating requires little attention or effort on my part - they have great communication to let me know when they're coming, and I don't need to be present unless I'v requested inside treatment. I have had very little issues with bugs, and the birds, butterflies, and other wildlife don't seem to have a problem with any of the treatments. Their prices are competitive, and the billing process is easy.
