The service techs are always kind, friendly, professional and get the job done. Sammy DeGomez is AWESOME!!! The main office has not often entered appointments correctly, so I have had nobody show up a few times due to not having my appointment in the books. Or I have had a tech call me to say he was on his way, when I had not booked service that day at all. My accounts have been duplicated in error and I have had to make several phone calls to straighten things out, but all is good now. Otherwise, I get good protection for my house.
