“This review is long overdue. I’ll start with what matters most to whoever is reading this- this team is the absolutely best veterinary team I have ever encountered. I recommend them to everyone I know with a pet- friends, coworkers, neighbors. If they aren’t the closest location to you I promise they are worth the drive.

I found them in 2022 when my senior lab had previously been diagnosed with Cushings Disease. I had been to all the other vets in the area and as his symptoms progressed they all just kept doing the same thing, increasing his steroid dose. Finally I knew the dose they were suggesting was doing more harm than good and so I looked into alternatives. I’m so lucky I found Loving touch.

From the first appointment the team was wonderful. A complete 180 from every other vet. They take SO much time with you, they never rush you. They offer the perfect blend of traditional veterinary medicine and alternative treatments like herbs, acupuncture and chiro. Thanks to them, I had my pup for longer and more importantly- he was comfortable and happy for longer.

I started bringing my other adult pup- a Staffy here as well. He had the typical Staffy skin issues his entire life. He was a highly reactive dog to other pups and they handled it wonderfully. They’d let us wait in the car or outside until the coast was clear for us to go to our exam room. Not to mention- the techs would occasionally call me out of the blue just to check in on them both! I’ve never experienced a team that genuinely cared so much, from the doctors to the techs to the front desk team- everyone is beyond great.

Over the years unfortunately we have had to put our senior pups down and I cannot stress enough how kind the team was. They made what was the 2 worst days of our lives bearable through their grace and empathy.

We have another 3-4 year old pitty now who is a Shelter pup and scared of the world who we continue to bring to loving touch and they continue to treat her wonderfully.

For anyone who is either exasperated with hitting a wall at their current veterinary situation or just someone looking to get established with the most wonderful vet- I can’t recommend this team enough.“

I came in, knowing that given the change in season that my German Shepherd, Scout, would need a de-shed and a bath - the amount of hair is crazy! JayeCee proposed as well that she could give Scout a “breed cut” which I didn’t even think my GSD needed grooming. BOY WAS I WRONG! I was so HAPPY with the way that my boy came back to me! “We have a one-year old puppy who is very anxious about anything new that enters his world, i.e., our home, yard, etc. We love our puppy so much, but no matter how hard we tried, we were not able to help him become less anxious. Through a Google search, I found Pups to Pooches LLC. Our behaviorist/trainer is Ann Lewis, and I cannot tell you what a difference she has made in our lives. She initially did a 90 minute consultation with us, and she instantly connected with our puppy and our family--I knew that Ann was what we had been searching for. Ann talked to us about what she saw as she observed our puppy, and his interactions with our family and with her. Ann demonstrated games to play to help our puppy be more self confident. She sent us video clips of herself performing these exercises with her own dog, and other dogs that she has worked with who have been able to overcome their fears. She also recommended toys to play with as well. She comes to our home, where our dog is most comfortable, and spends time with us every two weeks, for the time being, and observes our puppy's (and family's) progress. I called Fido Fido to report the missing dog on the slim chance that someone might bring her in. Beverly immediately asked for pictures to post and contacted local business to put out her form of an APB. She prayed and stayed in touch with me (a total stranger and not a client) ALL DAY. “Everything about Club DiOGi is top tier. It is my belief you won't find a better place for your pup. I remember calling around to get information about programs and Club DiOGi was by far the most knowledgeable and friendly. After speaking with Emily I felt confident that in their abilities. PROS The staff is always engaging with all of the pups. It's amazing a skill. Lina is particularly great with this. There are cameras which allow you to see your pup's activities. I've seen Lina engage with multiple pups so no one gets left out. Side note; the staff are called Rufferees ( too cute) They have a curriculum for every group You won't find the staff standing around with their hands on their hips or arms folded talking to their coworker and ignoring the dogs ( I saw this a lot elsewhere) The process of making reservations is seamless. The Club has a portal that allows you to upload vaccination records and see anything that you would need to see related to the care of your pet. They also answer emails in a timely fashion. And because they offer boarding services someone is there 24 hours a day. You will notice that I listed pros and no cons because there really aren't any cons.“
