The client is presented with a binder containing a list of the principals and associates and their contact information; photos of the team assigned to the project; project contracts; detailed project plans/drawings; specs of appliances, equipment, and hardware; warranties; and use and care of all materials. Details of scheduling and payment due dates ensure you are informed every step of the way. An updated spreadsheet is sent following each payment. Daily emails are sent outlining what was accomplished on that day and what to expect the following day.
