Timely in coming out to access and in returning to take care of the issue with my washer.I thought the cost was exorbitant .it took him 1 minute to twist out and replace a plastic door latch that didn't even require a screw driver.

repeat customer - love them! I have used Lanny Adams a few times over the years, for my refrigerator, washing machine and oven. I've always had such a terrific experience, I was inspired to write them a review after seeing some low rated ones here--I was searching for their number to give to a neighbor. They are always friendly on the phone, they come when they say they will, they provide a clear quote (one time repair was covered under warranty) and I never have had a problem with the work they've done. That's why I keep calling them!

We called Lanny Adams based on our neighbor who used them and highly recommended them and service technician Ken. I'm sooo glad we used Lanny and technician Ken! He was through and so honest! He even provided feedback on more ways to save money ( we need more attic insulation and weather strips around the doors and such) during the summer months! He was top notch and i will use (and refer) them again!
