Top Tier Heating and Air

I have Service Plus Home Warranty. They sent a service representative from Top Tier Heating and Air to service my ac unit this evening. The time frame for Mr. Thomas Jackson to arrive at my house between 5-7. At 5:45, I sent him pictures of my coil and informed him that my coil was frozen. He explained to me to go to the store to get a blow dryer so he could melt the ice off of the coil. At 6:13, I texted him and told him that I was back. 6:44 he said that he was waiting for the rain to stop. At this time, he was at QuickTrip. If I could give Technician Thomas Jackson less than a 1star I would! He’s a scam artist, he overcharges so if he’s called to your house for service, RUN!!

Called on Christmas eve attempting to fix heat since it was below freezing. Was assured he would be by later that day so the search was called off due to top Tier’s confirmation. Turned out to be a no show but due to the time I was unable to get anyone else out to fix the problem that day and Christmas was wrung in with space heaters and cold. I would not recommend this company as the operator is unprofessional and unreliable.
