“I, unfortunately, had some trouble with the paperwork I received after my DOT physical. I should have checked it before leaving.

After calling and speaking with the ladies at the call center, I was instructed how to rectify the problem.

All the ladies were helpful and apologized for the inconvenience, but Ms Turner was especially courteous. I'll refer others here now due to her professionalism.“
