I went here because of a workplace accident and they were wonderful. The office is neat and clean (a bit dated but that's just the building) and parking is easy. They're we're quick and kind, even had a good sense of humor and were super understanding that I needed to get to my child. They were all professional and courteous (Shakira, Dari'us, Timea, another lovely woman at the front whose name I didn't get, and Nafeesah - apologies if I spelled any of those wrong) and made my experience as pleasant as could be.
