I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by MJG Heating & Air. From the beginning, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, integrity, and respect.

Approximately a year ago, I had a new AC unit installed by another technician, which came with a two-year workmanship warranty and a ten-year replacement warranty. Unfortunately, one year after installation, the system began to freeze. I contacted the original installer under the terms of the workmanship warranty. He initially responded by turning the system off to allow it to defrost—but never returned. Despite multiple follow-ups, he ignored all my messages. To make matters worse, he left water leaking into my kitchen from the AC unit.

Frustrated and in need of help, I turned to my neighborhood app and found MJG Heating & Air. When I spoke with the technician, he was incredibly humble and promised to stop by later that day after finishing an installation job. True to his word, he came that same evening and worked diligently to get my AC system running again.

His professionalism and calm demeanor throughout the process, even when faced with challenges such as issues with my home’s temperature regulator, truly stood out. He treated my family and me with the utmost respect and care—like we were his own family.

I am beyond grateful to have found MJG Heating & Air during our time of need. His expertise, reliability, and genuine character make him one of the best HVAC technicians to have ever worked in my home. Thank you for your exceptional service and support.

“I tried to work with 3 other construction companies before finding this one! DJD Construction kept rescheduling. Some guy named Campos gave an estimate and wouldn’t respond to schedule the beginning of the project. I was about ready to give up.I sent Hawk Construction an email and got a response within 24 hrs. The Senior Project Manager, Jerome, came by a couple of days after that and emailed me a comprehensive estimate 2 days later. We were able to get started the next week and it was such a pleasant experience. Jerome and Vincent were very responsive to emails, calls, and texts and the workers they used were always respectful of my home. Even though I added a few requests, they still finished 1.5 weeks before the project was scheduled to be complete. I was able to remodel my kitchen, finish my basement, and add a room in the basement in less than a month.I had a few do-it-yourself projects that I was trying to do at the same time, and Vincent would even give me some directions with those. “Called yesterday because I had an amateur try to take the tub spout off and twisted the copper pipe off inside the wall. Mike Stone tried to get someone out the same day but they were tied up and that’s ok. One of his guys came first thing in the morning and fixed it rather quickly even after cutting into the sheet rock. He left the bathroom clean as if he was never there. I highly recommend Stone and Sons Plumbing for any plumbing needs! Thank you guys!“

“Excellent service. The technician was subcontracting through another company. His work was quick and excellent quality. He refinished my bathtub so it looked virtually new. The bottom had been basically worn out after 11 years of use. What I expected to take 3-4 hours, like mentioned by the main company, took about 30 minutes. I wish that I could have located him directly because his price was a lot more reasonable than going through the main company. Especially after seeing how quickly it was done. All in all a great and professional experience. I would definitely recommend him opposed to paying the higher cost of going through a larger company and paying the additional overhead.“

“We were dealing with a water leak that caused severe damage to the front of our house. We hired PDQ to do the work. Chuck and his team did a great job. They were very thorough and addressed all of our concerns. This was an expensive repair project but you get what you pay for. During the demolition, they realized the damage was worse than we initially thought. Chuck was clear in the communication in the very beginning. We understood that the initial estimate could change based on the extent of the damage.

Once the work began, the team arrived on time every day. If there were any necessary changes to the schedule, Chuck made sure to contact us beforehand. The team made sure that they cleaned up and removed all trash at the end of every day. They took care to not damage any other parts of the house. When the work was completed, Chuck sent a person to clean the house since the amount of work caused the house to be very dusty.
