We are free of those pesky things. Their customer service is awesome. We get an email letting us know when our appointment is we get a text from the technician or a phone call when he’s on his way. I’ve had to change the date a few times since we started using them and it’s never been a problem. The people that answer the phone are wonderful very kind and friendly.
