“I've been living at a Skywater managed duplex for several months now. After the absolute nightmare ordeal I endured with West 49 apartments, I can say for sure that Skywater is a professionally managed operation and has been a wonderful change of venue. They actually take care of their properties and they quickly respond to maintenance requests. They have a resident portal application that works without failure and scheduling payments, maintenance requests, etc. is an easy task. They email and inform residents about extreme temperatures and how to prep for them, as well as communicate in advance whenever someone is coming to access the property. (Such as pest control.)I have excellent neighbors and Skywater maintains the landscape/yards routinely. My only regret is that I did not move to one of their properties first, because this is certainly a template for how property management should be done. An enormous amount of worry has been lifted because I no longer have to wonder if issues will be addressed - they are on top of their game. 10/10.“
