“Kimmie kept in touch with me, never pushy but I finally decided to sell.I am so glad I did! I was impressed with her knowledge of the market, what buyers in the area wanted. She priced my home and it sold immediately;, I even got top dollar. She kept me updated during the sale and answered all questions. Always polite and professional. Her brother Kyle has teamed up with her and they will make a great team! Definitely recommend them..”
“I put my house on the market for sale by owner so Terri did not represent me, but she was the agent for my buyers. I was impressed with how honest and up front she was during the whole process. She was patient and explained legal terms and encouraged me to look over any paperwork before signing it. Terri worked hard to make sure everyone involved in the sale was happy and I couldn’t be more grateful to have had the chance to work with her! I have already recommended her to others and will continue to do so!”
“Tracey works hard to find the perfect home that’s in your price range and will check off as many of your must haves as possible. She is dedicated and professional. We love Tracey ?”
