“Leah is amazing! We came into town on a weekend and she showed us many houses! We fell in with a certain one and Leah made it happen! Thank you again Leah for making this a smooth process for us from out of state!”
“I contacted Jessica Hackney at Golden Key about selling my 4 acres of land. She was so helpful and answered all my questions and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. She actually sold my property quicker than i anticipated and for the price i needed. This was, by far, the best experience i have had when dealing with real estate agents. I highly recommend her.”
“There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing Tonya is as a realtor. We listed our home with a different agent and it sat on the market almost a month with little interest. I felt a change was needed so I contacted Tonya and she was very helpful from the start. We immediately switched to her and she had our home listed the same day. She helped us with the paperwork, gave us excellent background information regarding the comps and market, and had a professional photographer take photos at no cost to us. We went under contract in 9 days at full asking price! She kept us informed of everything along the way and really went above and beyond for us. Choosing the right realtor is so important and Tonya is by far the best around. If you want a realtor that will prioritize you, negotiate for you, answer all of your questions quickly, and give you an abundance of information regarding the market and numbers, then Tonya is the person to contact! I’ve been around a lot of realtors in my line of work, but Tonya is by far the best and I will refer everyone to her.”
