If there was a no star option there would be a no star review! Tried calling and leaving text messages for the past week and a half with no response. Then I finally call the main office to get transferred to a "realator on duty", to be sent to voice mail once again. I called back and got a lady and she told me that the house that I was looking to purchase is now under contract. Which infuriated me even further. Like I have been trying to look at this house and possibly buy it and whatever tracks that might have been split off from it! I have had it with this company. They are not concerned with selling anything. So I highly suggest if you are a seller, go somewhere else who wants to sell your property and make you a profit!

Vanessa Frank. What a disgusting person. Working with CB SSK. Stay away from her people. So arrogant! Pretending she knows everything, but when it comes to problem, never pick up the phone. And then acts like she doesn't know you at all. "Who are you, I don't even know you!" That's what you gonna hear.

I, as a first time homebuyer, was terrified of the process in the beginning. My adventure started in November of 2016 with the loan company who found my wonderful realtor, Kimi. She was flexible with the her schedule for the homes that I wanted to look at and didn't mind the time that I spent asking questions and looking at houses. She loves what she does! As of February 28th 2017 I closed on my first home. The process was so much easier due to Kimi Clements my realtor. She was on point and only had my best interests in mind.
