In 2018 I informed Mr. Barrett if I ever required any services he company provides he would be the first that I contacted. Due to Hurricane Helene 2024, I was able to keep my word after two rental properties in GA sustained major wind damage to the roofs due to the storm. I reside in South Carolina, so being able to reach out to a reliable and professional contractor in GA helped relieve some of the stress that came with dealing with insurance provider and roofing companies that price gouge during disaster like Hurricane Helene.
Although, I'm well aware that I wasn't the only client Mr. Barrett was assisting during this time. I never felt like my business wasn't his no. 1 priority. I had to provide multiple quotes to my insurer for the damage to both properties. Mr. Barrett and his crew were at my properties in a very short time to inspect the damage and provide replacement quotes. I waited for over 4 weeks for other roofing companies to even go out to inspect the properties and provide replace quotes even after multiple calls.
H.B. Roofing & Construction once again provided highly competitive pricing. Plus, I already knew the quality of work that would be provided. Mr. Barrett and his crew had both roofs replaced within 2 days of receiving the material to complete the work.
