“I am still giving a five star review because of their awesome service they give. I am however a little confused why I paid my self pay fee at time of service and received another bill a few weeks later. It was for the new service offering the Meyers vitamin infusion. It said $200, which I paid. The breakdown of the electronic receipt explained that part was office visit, and the procedure itself. I fully understand. Then I received an additional bill for $220. Again, I am not upset, just confused. I was wondering a good number to call to talk to someone to help me understand. ❤️“

“The people there was very friendly. The nurse that took my blood was very worried cause my veins are so small, and was worried that my veins would blow because of it. But she was able to get the tubes of blood she needed on the first try. Most of the time when someone take my blood it takes them more then one time to get my blood, and she was able to do it in on the first try. They was even able to gave me a phone to a doctor around here that I can call, and make appointment with cause my doctor I was seeing was in Copperhill Tenn. Which was very helpful since I moved back down here. It's very important that I go to a doctor cause I have seizures, and need to make sure I'm able to get my medication each month for it. I have chronic kidney disease, and most medications I can't take cause it is filtered through your kidney. But the lady doctor I saw there today made sure she did not give me any that would be filter through my kidney. She also did blood work to check my electrolytes, and that is very important to keep a eye on when the person has a chronic kidney disease. I also know until I'm able to see a doctor around here I will come back there if I need to see a doctor before then. Thank all of you for the wonderful job you did today.“
