Called about a washing machine lid issue. Autumn, was very helpful in setting up my repair, which was available a day earlier. Two very polite, courteous and efficient gentlemen showed up this morning, fixed and replaced my washer lid. Job well done. Extremely satisfied customer and highly recommended.

A kind and professional gentlemen fixed my washing machine! There was a faulty part causing hot water to enter the machine, even with the machine unplugged. Maytag scheduled an appointment for me with Rawlins as a part of my warranty, and I am so grateful they did.Service: Washing machine repair
