So this morning on my commute to work , I had another driver come over into my lane and I couldn’t stop … there was a MR. Appliance car behind me and I didn’t know the individual . Then I seen Shawn walking across the road from where the wreck happened to come check on us … Shawn was definitely heaven sent …. He stayed until the police officer and my husband came to the scene . I am very thankful for Shawn . If I have any issues with any appliances I will definitely be using this company ! It is so hard to find people who stop and help out ! The first time I called, I spoke to a real person and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. The only downside was that a part needed to be ordered for the repair and it took much longer than the quoted “7-10 days”. It actually took 26 days for the part to arrive and the repair to be made. The repairman men who came were very courteous and professional. Except for the amount of time that I was without a washer (thankful for family and a neighbor who shared their washers with me), I was very pleased with the service.
