“Visited this historical cemetery a few times when I was studying at Augusta University. There are 5 Confederate generals interred next to the Confederate soldiers plot on the east end. There was a pick up paper guide near the graves that provided some biographic information of the 5 generals. The atmosphere though a bit somber is quite stunning with Spanish moss hanging from the trees and the many beautifully designed mausoleums and tombs that date back many years ago.“
