Better than Best Buy for computer building and repair. Honestly, I would rather trust Computer Exchange before I try to trust Best Buy. It was my first time in there, and it was like a tiny Microcenter. Best Buy didn't even have what I was looking for (500 GB SATA SSD), but this place did. It was a pleasant experience. I hope to return next time I'm in town.

I bought my computer from Computer Exchange two years ago (no problems) and then recently bought a printer from another store that would not connect to my laptop. Michael Annis was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. He had to take my laptop in to be cleaned and updated and then took a lot of time making sure the laptop and printer were compatible. Michael made several trips to my home to make sure everything worked. He even made another trip to my home when the printer again had issues; I called and he was at my home in under 20 minutes. I have very little tech savvy but knew I needed an update for my computer. I contacted Computer Exchange and was told to bring in the CPU and they would check it out for me. Jenson helped me with all the decisions that needed to be made and spoke in simple language so I could understand. I now have a new updated computer with all the data transferred from my old one thanks to Computer Exchange. You will not find better customer service. I highly recommend them to you!
