Cannot thank Georgialina enough for their quick and immediate action! A lightening strike took out our internet switch and fried our computer that somehow over the past 6.5 years was moved from being plugged into the surge protector to plugged directly into the wall. They immediately came to our rescue within 20 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem while I frantically rushed out to purchase a new computer. By the time I arrived with a new computer, it was already fixed! You guys are AWESOME and customer service has always been top tier!
