This is seriously a great shop for quality repairs. I have taken my own work boots there and my wife's shoes as well. They looked brand new when he was finished and he took time to tell me about the repair process. I was impressed.

I brought in my absolute favorite sandals after a friend’s dog chewed through part of the straw material, honestly not even sure they could be saved. The owner took one look and said he had some ideas, and not only did he fix them, he rushed the repair so I could take them on an upcoming trip. When I picked them up, I was genuinely shocked. You cannot tell they were ever damaged. The craftsmanship is incredible, especially given how unusual the material was to work with. Love this guy! He is no-nonsense and to the point. You know just what you are dealing with right away and the cost you are going to pay (which I think is reasonable). I've been happy with his work on 3 or so other occasions, so we took my mother's 20 year old beat to heck Louis Vuitton purse to the shop in hopes he could fix the extensive water damage and nicked leather. He gave us a glimmer of hope but we left the bag with him with somewhat low expectations based on the bag's condition. Picked it up today (one week later) - BAM! It looks just like a vintage LV BAG, which we wanted. The water damage is gone, the leather is not dried out (as it was) and the large nicks in the caramel leather are all but gone. Thanks shoe repair man (don't know his name)! See you again soon. Rob
