This shop quoted me $35 to fix a zipper and said it would take an entire week to fix. I needed them same day, so I went down the street to another shoe repair place and they quoted me $10 less and fixed it in 2 hours.

Good afternoon, I was diligently in search of a good shoe repair since I moved to Atlanta Ga in 2000. I believe my search is over! The owner fixed two pair of my favorite boots in less than 30 minutes. PLUS the work was EXCEPTIONALLY DONE! I truly admired his professionalism and his skilled workmanship. He was warm, courteous and very serious about taking care of his customers. I am a native New Yorker. We have a shoe repair on just about every corner. So I am very familiar with great customer service in shoe repair. The owner surpassed all of myexpectations! Gets the job done fast, but can miss some details so inspect your shoes out of the bag before leaving. ??I scratched my leather shoes and had them brought here to get them fixed for $10. For the most part Jake did a great job! My OCD eyes found a missed spot.Shop is kept clean, he also sells cleaning equipment. Will come here again once in a blue moon after wearing expensive shoes.
