Inspired Mobility Physical Therapy is owned and operated by Jenny Kopach, PT, MSPT, RYT who has over 20 yrs experience in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation and performance. I utilize a holistic approach to injury recovery, optimal performance and injury prevention. I am trained as a manual therapist, certified in Dry Needling, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage and cupping. I have additionally studied many movement systems, from Feldenkrais to Alexander technique and am a registered yoga teacher. My goal is to support your healing and recovery while teaching you how to take better care of yourself along the way.

You can stop looking for the greatest PT in the area. Lisa and Jenny are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in their field, very personable and a joy to visit each week. I was recovering from an ankle fracture and they were able to get me back on the tennis courts in no time. I highly recommend them!
The BEST physical therapist you could ever hope to find! Not only has Jenny addressed my initial, immediate pain, she has peeled away the layers on my chronic issues that I would have never thought were related. She treats you as an entire body and person. So I should have done this a long time ago. Jenny is the best. It's like going to a great friend for help. Jenny is easy to communicate with and she tells you what's going on in a way you can understand. I've gone to her for things from my heel all the way to my shoulder. I've never been happier with a service. I've taken my wife, son and even my mother in law there and they've all been happy. Like a said in the beginning Jenny is the best.
