Lisa is incredibly knowledgeable about pelvic floor therapy and fully understands how your body works together as a system. She prescribes easy to follow exercises, and helps you feel confident in getting back to what you love. I only went to 2 sessions with Lisa, but it was 100% worth it to help me return to pre-pregnancy fitness levels. We spent several weeks working with Sharon Abney, DPT to help with my toddler’s pelvic floor issues and am so proud to say we’ve “graduated” thanks to Sharon’s guidance. Sharon’s approach with kids is excellent, thoughtful, and creative. Her communication is key and one of the best parts is that she’s able to effectively teach parents how to continue exercises at home. She has fun ways to engage the kids and my daughter truly loved her and couldn’t wait to see “my friend Sharon.” Highly recommend this practice no matter where you’re located in the metro ATL area. The office staff is all wonderful as well and so easy to communicate and schedule with!
