Abdul was kind enough to help me while I was at the Kennesaw location and he was at the Lithonia location. The girl who braided my hair for a wig was quick and gentle. She made sure to thoroughly untangle my hair before manipulating it and I appreciated that because I’ve had some painful experiences at other salons in the past. 10/10 would come here again!

Update: Went back to give it another go. Gentleman was not there.. so that was a plus. Don't come here for customer service.. you wont get it. But they do a great box braid and are fast. :) My first visit here was amazing. My second visit not so much. Gentleman that sat at front rolled his eyes and played on his cellphone while telling me basically no one would be available for 3 hours. So much for the walk-in sign at the front door. I was going to be a regular but now... NOPE!! ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS. ZERO STARS.

I went here on a weekend morning to get my hair done. One thing that I like was that the price list is listed on the wall and that it is fairly easy to see the variety of braid sizes. I didn't have an appointment and brought the hair with me. I was originally quoted one price and then it suddenly jumped twenty bucks because "the hair was long." Cool. Whatever. The overall experience was pretty good. There was another customer who had made an appointment and she was told to come back in two hours and when she did.
