I believe that location they opened a few years back is permanently closed no sign on building or at road anymore and a lock on the door like the real estate people now have the building. I went by one day and it was early about 2 something p.m. and the doors were locked and didn't look like anyone even worked there any longer. And I haven't been there in a while because I wasn't getting very adequate care from Dr Brooks and some of their nursing staff doesn't ever call you back when there's a problem with your medication or other issues.

Cant get ahold of someone .. didn't do the test right .. didn't ask me where I wanted my medicine sent to .. didn't fax the orders over to the place to get stuff done now im in limbo also charged me a bunch of money and didn't find out anything.. so why even go to you if you are not smart enough to help the patient 😒
