I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this facility. I’m considered high-risk and I’m currently dealing with serious pregnancy-related concerns, so I expected a facility specializing in high-risk pregnancy care to provide a clean, safe, and professional environment. Unfortunately, the facility itself was extremely disappointing. The place was not clean, there were no locks on the doors, and there was no air conditioning. For a facility caring for pregnant women—especially high-risk patients—I find those conditions unacceptable and honestly concerning.

Oh my god literally would rather perform my own obgyn services. The whole 2nd floor hates coming to work and doing their job. Horrible customer service. -10,000 out of 10. Don’t go here I wish I could change my dr every appt . Pissy poor lack of communication. YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE JUST A NUMBER
Super old super rude white lady at check in down stairs lacks professionalism- she should probably be returned to whatever lunch lady position she was performing prior. Never been in a doctors office that was so filthy and smelled so dirty. Mold everywhere. Piss all over the bathroom they expect you to collect urine samples in. Looks like they gave up cleaning it when they were told they couldn’t smoke inside anymore. You never hear back in regard to labs and you never see the same ‘doctor’ (who is always a resident). Would never choose Macon as a high risk option EVER again.
