Jacob arrived on time and was very professional and polite. Had to have my sink and drain pipe replaced due to back ups. Jacob did a great job in a very nasty greasy mess. He always had humor through the ordeal. Reasonable charge for being here for almost 4 hours. Had to replace 30 feet of 3 inch pipe that was full of grease from years ago. Stinking mess.
