Out “vintage” A/C unit stopped working during the night and we thought no matter who we called out they would tell us to replace it. TB technician worked us in the morning that we called them, even with a full schedule, to come take a look. Diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it at a reasonable rate. Didn’t try to sell us on replacement but did let us know due to the units age it may be difficult to get parts if it keeps acting up. Overall, we were really impressed with Brian, the technician who came out. It was clear he was experienced and knew how to diagnose issues related to the unit that may impact their performance. I have been using Tony Beck for years. As well as my sister, brother, and parents. They did a system change in my first house and just did one in my current house. They kept my old system going as long as they could till I had no choice but to replace it. I sincerely felt that they were trying to help me instead of just making a sale. My family feels the same way. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.
