Your facility is immaculate & well kept. Donnie - our primary contact was patient, kind & readily available to answer questions. Dallas - our driver was understanding & tolerant as I sang old school gospel hymns on the way to the svc. I'm no singer, so my sister 'faked complaints' but mom tapped her foot & rocked while wiping tears from her eyes. Sherman - was TRULY a professional; he kept us 2gthr, he led the svcs & spoke on behalf of the family. He was compassionate but firm; a true pleasure to work with. thank you so much!
