I chose Tri-Cities for the memorial service of my aunt. First speaking with Jaylon. Then speaking with Shemeka Reynolds, she was amazing, from the very start to the end, her professionalism was uncanny. She listened to me carefully and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary add-ons that I didn't need. Very communicative, we communicated on the daily through calls and texts, a new bond was formed instantly. There was an unforeseen last minute issue but we handled it.
