If I could rate a zero - I would. I called to speak with a professional. The lady didn't give her name, but told me she was very tired, asked if she could hang up, and there was no body I could speak with and hung up on me two times. Do not visit this place for any medical attention or anything else.
I called sick as heck trying to be assisted. Some queen picked up like " WE DON'T TEST FOR CORONAVIRUS, How may I help you!?" I'm like wow, what a greeting. I tell him I'm looking to get treated for my breathing issues (asthma) he then says" what kind of insurance do u have?" I say I don't quite remember the name but I have some. I'm guessing that spelled broke energy to him because he chuckled a bit and said "we only accept cash" not knowing I could have done EITHER especially in my condition at the time. it was like I could see his nose up through the phone.So because I had an insurance plan I was beneath him. The worst ever is an understatement. I called to find out if this was a 24 hour location and the man who answered was extremely rude. Not only did he interrupt me as I was explaining what was going on with my child, but he hung up on me . I will be contacting the corporate office to file a complaint.
