They lost my clothes told me I didn’t have any items there. After going back and forth for 30 minutes they finally decided to check the carousel and found my clothes!! No apologies compensation or nothing!!! Will definitely not be returning
Gave them another chance and the same 10 piece that was $25 every other time and that’s advertised on the window somehow became $36 on my receipt!!! I asked for my dirty clothes back and at this point I’m currently looking for a NEW dry cleaners
OK Cleaners has restricted parking in front of their shop, however takes a space in a busy parking lot with a mini-van they use for advertising. There's not enough parking in this lot as its ALWAYS packed yet they inconsiderately take a space out front that other businesses could use.
Decided to give them a try because of their location. Convenience doesn't pay. They ruined 2 of my shirts, one had a black permanent spot (on a white shirt). Definitely going back to my old cleaners despite the distance.
