Great experience! I’ve been here and they introduced me w my first bifocal contacts- game changer! I took my 15 year old yesterday and he had a great experience as well. Michelle at the front desk is the best and honestly makes the visit even better. Great customer service is almost impossible to find these days and she goes above and beyond. Lifetime client from here on out!
My kids has been going to Wood Eyecare for a couple of years. I recently switched due to my previous eye dr moving away. I wish I had switched EARLIER! Amazing staff and doctor! Highly recommend. They listen and ensure we’re happy.
I’ve been seeing Dr Wood for many years. I am very impressed with the service and outstanding staffs he has working in his Lilburn location. From the time you walk in, you are greeted with smile and pleasant welcome. It is rare that I had to wait to be taken to several testing room. Dr Wood is the only eye clinic that offers Optimast eye exam. No eye drops that would require you to wear a heavy dark sunglasses.
Dr Wood is very thorough with his diagnosis. However, during my last visit, a young doctor; Dr Fritts did the diagnosis and explained the test results. He too was very thorough and answered my questions regarding cataract and Glicoma concerns.
