Sidnee took my very long over grown mess and gave me the CUTEST cut! I love, love it! (And the shampoo they used during wash smelled ahhhmaazzinnggg). Super friendly, very nice - large salon. Very pleasantly surprised to discover this one so close to home.Service: Haircut

These people don't run a customer service oriented business. I had an appointment with one stylist who had just undergone back surgery who asked if she could rescudule with me from Monday to the following Friday, to which I said sure, no problem, happy to be flexible. The salon called Thursday afternoon to let me know she was still not well, and they had to cancel the appointment, putting me in a jam as I'm leaving Sunday for a trip to a family wedding next Friday, and I really need a haircut. I asked if they had anyone else who could take care of me, and she checked with someone, came back and said yes, we can get you in with Ronnie (the owner) this Friday... read full review
