We weren't in an emergency situation, but knew our water heater was on its last leg. Called Stars and Pipes and they scheduled quick, had VERY reasonable rates, showed up on time, texted before they came, and were in and out efficiently. I couldn't ask for more! These guys are as fair and honest as they come!
I am absolutely blown away by the integrity of this company. We had a repair done the other day and it went well. The price was fair and they did everything they could to keep the costs down. Well unfortunately the problem came back today (through no fault of their work) and I got really full of fear because time and money are tight. They said it was under warranty and there would be no charge. They came out (within the hour!) and fixed the issue. I just can’t say enough about this experience and how trustworthy this company is.
