R.K. Heating & Air Conditioning

Called R.K. because I couldn't figure out why my heater wasn't working during a record breaking cold wave. I tried everything and nothing could restore power to my thermostat/heater. After explaining my situation he quickly diagnosed the issue and offered a fix that ended up working, resolving my issue. he gave me 20 minutes of his personal time and didn't charge me a dime, what a hero! When I need to have my unit serviced, I'm definitely using R.K. Heating and Air!

RK was recommended to us by a neighbor. The outside air unit wasn't starting and was running noisily this week. He diagnosed it correctly and I agreed that our +20 year old system needed to be replaced. Within just a few days he had a whole new system ordered and installed and running like a clock. RK is honest, capable and reliable. His prices are competitive too and also a nice guy. I truly appreciate how quickly he worked
