I am 23 years old. I have been coming to this clinic for probably over ten years now, since I was a pre-teen. Mind you, I very rarely ever go out of the way to write reviews for. So, the fact that I took the time to do this means something.I have never once had a decent experience at this clinic. The only reason I came back here is because I'm a passive person and always think "it's not that bad, maybe it'll be better this time" and also because I'm too lazy to find another clinic but even my patience has been cut short now.Every single time I come, this clinic overbooks patients and I am left waiting way more than necessary AFTER my appointment start time to be seen....read full review

The employees front dest always has a problem.They are rude and disrespectful.When I call them they always hang up.They always charge money when you try to reschedule an appointment and overall the service is very bad

tl;dr: Yearly screenings require an initial visit and they will rush you through the process and don't bother filling out documents online. If you're determined to be overweight they will send you multiple texts about "An FDA approved injection for weight loss" which is probably just SemaglutideLong version:I decided to give this place a shot since it was closer to me than my usual physician.I only usually go to the doctor once a year for my yearly preventative screening. I setup my appointment online, CLEARLY specifying it was for a yearly screening/physical, and afterwards I got an email saying to pre-fill out all the documents.
