⚠️ Very disappointing experience. The service here is unprofessional and dishonest. They charge extremely high prices, and only after the fact they tell you that your insurance did not cover anything. This feels like a scam. I went to this clinic with my insurance and was told they accepted it. Three months later, I received a $3,000 bill because they claim my insurance did not cover anything. This is unacceptable and feels very dishonest. The service is poor, the staff is not transparent, and they mislead patients about insurance coverage. Be very careful before going here.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do you like SURPRISE MEDICAL BILLS? Then this is the right place for you! Unlike most doctors offices Lifeline Primary Care charges you for CALLING you to give you your lab results & they conveniently don’t tell you that. They will perform services you didn’t ask for & then CHARGE YOU FOR IT (like placing the advance directive book in your hands & scheduling virtual consultations) which is outside of their scope when it comes to well visits with Aetna. Then you speak to Mr. Gupta and others in billing who say they’re going to look into it for you & they never call you back. Poor communication skills. Only positive thing is the front desk. The front desk team at this clinic is absolutely wonderful! They are always welcoming, professional, and efficient. From check-in to scheduling appointments, everything is handled smoothly and with a smile. They make the whole process stress-free and are always willing to answer questions or provide help when needed. Their kindness and organization truly make a difference in the overall patient experience. Highly recommend this clinic—especially thanks to the amazing front desk staff!
