“*(Update) They worked together with another company to get the water up and limit any damage to the house*Had a water pressure issue repaired by this company that was hired by my property manager. They fixed the issue but left within 10 minutes of saying all issues were fixed. Pipe busted going from the water heater to the main water like to the house and it takes a minute to get to the bottom of my driveway to shut the water off.They came back and shop vac’ed what they could and left and another company came by last night and extracted the carpet. One of the guys said his supervisor (idk why there’s a supervisor with a 2 man crew) was rushing to leave even though they’re supposed to wait 1-1.5 hours before leaving to make sure everything is in working order. Very frustrating experience. If all turns out well on the back end of this I’ll leave a much better review.”
